Ashley was strongly considered as a nanny for our family. While speaking with her on the phone and in person, I could tell she has a very kind and gentle approach to child care. I was impressed by her experience of caring for toddlers with big feelings and helping them navigate those feelings. Our nanny position is not full-time, which is the only reason we did not hire Ashley. I firmly believe she would be a great help to any family with childcare needs!
