We set up two calls with Ashley. One call was rescheduled after conflicts and she ensured she was interested and hoped we were as well. We rescheduled and confirmed. When we called, it appears the call was avoided. We called again and sent the invite just in case there was just a misunderstanding. The next call was sent pretty quickly to voicemail. To be honest, everything was odd about these interactions. I wouldn't put much faith in this applicant or their work ethic especially for looking over a child.
