We had a really horrible experience right before the holidays. We hired Ashley, and were finalizing the day and time and she needed to delay so we accommodated, she ghosted me, so I told her we had to go another way, after apologizing she convinced me she would be coming, then asked to delay again, we accommodated, since she has such great reviews. Then an hour before her arrival time she texts me and says she can’t make it. We postponed to the point our family was now arriving in just a few days. I told her I was upset then she told me there was a big emergency that happened the night before. I don’t trust anything she said to me. Even if there were an emergency I would certainly be texting the person the moment I knew I wasn’t coming not mid morning an hour ago before I was to be there. So unprofessional, so manipulative. I kept giving her the benefit of the doubt but was not rewarded for it, instead hung out to dry. I would give no stars if I could. I’m writing this after the fact because I’m no longer upset, but I want to warn others.

We hired Ashley to help us with our final move out clean. She was communicative, quick to respond and incredibly flexible. She was on time and kept me updated on any openings and schedule changes when she was able to squeeze me in lasts minute. We walked into the apartment and my husband said, "It's like a completely different place she did such a great job!" Ashley was fantastic and highly recommend her to anyone who needs a cleaner!

Ashley is fantastic! I am pretty particular when I clean, and she met all of my expectations and more. She was attentive to detail and truly went over and beyond (!). She is very personable, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. I definitely do not want to lose our spot in her schedule, so I immediately secured her help every other week.

This was our first time hiring someone to clean our home. Ashley went above and beyond our expectations. My house looks and smells great!!! We look forward to and will continue to use her services every other week.

Ashley did an initial clean on our house and she did a fantastic job! She spent the time and had attention to detail. Our house has never looked cleaner! She is also extremely personable and responsive to messages. We would definitely recommend. We look forward to her cleaning our house on a regular basis.

Ashley is great! I was recently in an accident and I needed someone to help with house work. Ashley is very thorough. She took her time and made sure every nook and cranny was clean. She is very easy going.

Ashley is an absolute dream when it comes to housekeeping! Not only is she such a joy to be around as a human, she got every nook and cranny, and went above and beyond! We have two big dogs in the house, and she was so sweet to them on top of her excellent cleaning service! We've now signed up for biweekly cleaning and she's already scheduled two services out, so we can all stick to a schedule.

Ashley cleaned my 2BR 1Ba apartment. She did a great job and spent a lot of time on the harder areas of the home. My kitchen and bathroom looked as good as the day I moved in. She made sure that my all my cleaning needs were met.
