From the start, Ashley showed remarkable maturity and warmth. She instantly connected with my kids: balancing fun, creative play with calm structure and safety. Whether she’s organizing crafts, managing bedtime routines, or handling unexpected moments with grace, she brings a calm, capable energy that kids and parents both appreciate. I’ve always been impressed by her punctuality, communication, and judgment. She checks in when needed but is completely self-sufficient when I’m away and have taken care of my children while my husband travel both internationally and in country. Most importantly, my children adore her and feel safe and cared for in her presence, a true sign of her kindness and intuition with kids. Any family would be lucky to have Ashley take care of their children.
