We had a phone conversation and she sounded like a great fit, sounded interested and was open to coming and having a meeting. I was pretty excited, and then didn’t hear from her for 24 hours, sent a message and ghosted, after another 24 hours sent one last text message asking if she was still interested and ghosted again. It’s okay if you decided against - but you have to communicate, especially when people’s families are in the mix.
