About Ashley

My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors led me to this fulfilling career. For the past eight years, I've worked in nursing homes and hospitals as a certified nurse aide, and now I operate my own licensed home health agency, Angelic Assistance at Home Health. I provide respite care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am experienced with dementia, bed-ridden, and quadriplegic patients. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment and maintaining open communication with families through daily reports, texts, or phone calls, according to their preferences. My approach is compassionate, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a positive attitude and Christian faith. I am also trained in First Aid. Knowing I can make a positive difference in someone's life brings immense satisfaction to my day.
