I feel it is crucial that the family is open to working as a team with their nanny as well as being able to communicate on a daily basis to provide the best care! Daily activities/routines include introducing a variety of sensory and motor play games and activities while keeping monthly log of accomplished milestones and individualized goals for the month in their developmental portfolio. I believe experiences are key to educating and learning, therefore I enjoy taking the kiddos on outings, whether it's just taking a walk down the street in the stroller while taking in all the new sights and sounds, or going to the park and meeting new friends. We hired Ashley to nanny our first baby when I returned to work from maternity leave. She is everything you would hope for in a nanny. She is honest, trustworthy, a great communicator, and most importantly, she nurtured and cared for our daughter as if she was her own. When we welcomed our second baby, Ashley didn’t miss a beat. She easily cared for both children, efficiently managed schedules and organized age-appropriate activities. Ashley played an integral role in helping our children establish healthy sleep habits, as well as potty training our oldest. It was so comforting to me knowing our children were in good hands while we were at work. I highly recommend Ashley!
