I don't know where to begin! But I guess I'll start with the word "compassion". That's the first thing I noticed in Ashley. She's a very young and driven individual. She clearly loves what she does and is absolutely unafraid of challenges. That brings my to my second word "fearless". She'll show up and she will truly earn her living. My son is 21 months old. He has Down Syndrome. He's very delayed in every way. But that didn't deter Ashley. Instead she embraced not only the opportunity but my son too. Lastly, I would use the word "loving". She has such a big heart and isn't afraid to use it. I would absolutely recommend Ashley to any family. She is super sweet, reliable and responsible. She figures things out as she goes and isn't afraid to ask. She gets the job done the way it's supposed to. If you don't hire her you'll miss out. We'll be sure to reach out to her for our date nights from now on!
