About Ashlie

From 2009 up to the present I've worked as a CNA in LTC, private caregiver, Assisted Living facilities and adult day facilities. I first became certified in GA in my early 20's. I've been caring for seniors and also mentally/physically disabled clients. I've established a close bond with several of my clients and past residents as well as their families. Since I was a child I've been intrigued with accompanying my grandmother during her home visits. Throughout the years, At the end of the day hearing my clients say, "I love you" "Thank you for being gentle with me" or " I appreciate you being patient with me" made my getting up each morning all worth the while. I'm currently employed with an adult day program, I assist adults of all ages with various mental and physical disabilities. Seniors as well as individuals that are disabled are vulnerable just as children and it's a passion of mine to do all I can to improve their quality of life.
