I have a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. I love teaching while working on a PhD in Bioengineering at Northeastern University. My strengths are in physics as I was a physics mentor for 3 years. I also have a lot of experience teaching students (grades 7-12) through RPI's STEP program. I feel very comfortable tutoring geometry, algebra, pre-calculus, calculus, physics, chemistry, and biology at various levels. I have been told I am a natural teacher and create a positive and encouraging environment. I have also mentored incoming college freshmen, teaching proper planning and studying skills to excel in school, which I incorporate into lessons with students of all levels. I am open to in-person sessions within a reasonable driving distance (case-by-case basis). As an alternative, I have the tools and resources to create an engaging online experience for a discounted rate.
