Hi families!! My name is Ashlyn, and I am currently a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin- Madison pursuing my Masters in Social Work. I specialize in child welfare, and have over 4 years of experience with children both in a group care setting and within the school system. I am a substitute teacher in the Middleton-Cross Plains school district, therefore I have a super flexible schedule and am able to work around your needs easily!! In my free time I love to hike, swim, and camp, and love sharing my wilderness expertise with those around me. Ashlyn worked for me at an after school center where we cared for at risk youth. During her time at the center she built incredible relationships with our students, whom all adored her. She works well with a multitude of children from all types of backgrounds, and experiences. As well she does great balancing having fun with students and ensuring there is structure.
