I am a 30-year-old licensed K-12 Intervention Specialist and current special education teacher with over 15 years of experience working with children, including extensive babysitting and caregiving. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and have spent the past 7 years teaching in a specialized Autism setting, along with 2+ years in a preschool environment. I have a strong background in supporting diverse developmental, learning, and behavioral needs. I am seeking a nanny or house manager role, 30-40 hours per week. I bring a structured yet warm approach and enjoy creating engaging, developmentally appropriate environments. I am highly organized, love planning outings and activities, and enjoy spending time outdoors with children. Ashton was an absolute angel! She is one of the most gifted, patient, and detailed caregivers I have had the chance to work with. She cared for my two sons for 2 years, just about every Saturday and on other random days. She was always on time, respectful, and communicative. The only reason we no longer use her is because we moved out of state. She became a trusted go to sitter for us, so much so that she would watch our boys overnight. She has tons of experience and because of her experience working with children who have behavioral issues she was able to teach us techniques on how to handle our boundary testing toddler. We love and adore her and miss her deeply. If we could have brought her with us, we would have. She is extremely clean, neat and organized. She followed every direction we gave her and spoke to our boys at their level. Any family would be immensely blessed to have her in their lives.
