With five years of nursing experience in progressive care and home health along with 9 in long-term care. I've cared for diverse and clinically complex patient populations across multiple settings. I have a strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a warm, reassuring presence that helps patients and families feel supported during times of uncertainty. In PCU, I've managed high-acuity patients, collaborated with interdisciplinary teams, and refined skills in cardiac monitoring, chronic illness management, and rapid patient assessment.
