About Athena

Nurturing young minds is truly a joy for me. My passion for childcare stems from seeing children learn and grow. My previous babysitting experiences solidified my desire to continue in this field. I have one year of experience caring for children and am comfortable caring for 4 children at a time and not to mention I am trained in CPR/First Aid. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I love playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents at pickup and provide updates via text or phone call. I always follow the parents' preferred communication method. I'm also working full-time as an infant teacher, caring for as many as 8 infants a day! I usually get off around 6 p.m. so I can be there around 6:30 p.m. I am happy to help with light housekeeping. I look forward to bringing my energy and enthusiasm to your family and creating a fun, safe, and enriching environment for your child.
