Hello! I am the mother of four children who I have poured my life and love into, and who are now in their teenage years. Although there has been a gap in my work as a paid caregiver, I have stayed involved in childcare opportunities both in my church and with the children of friends and family members. I recently moved to the Bowie, MD area and would love to be of help to a family seeking a caregiver who will be reliable, invested, and enthusiastic with their childcare needs. After years of having to rely on childcare for my own children, I know how important it is to know that your child is in a nurturing environment. I'm excited to help provide that environment for another family with the experience I've gained as a mother and caretaker!

We were so lucky to have Atrice care for our daughter, E. from 5 months to 9 months old. From the very first day, she brought warmth, patience, and so much love into our home. E. absolutely lit up whenever she saw her, which told us everything we needed to know about how well she was being cared for. Atrice went above and beyond in every way—whether it was keeping E. engaged with age-appropriate play, encouraging her developmental milestones, or providing us with updates throughout the day so we always felt connected. She handled everything with calm confidence, from naps and feedings to soothing fussiness, and she did it all with a genuine smile and gentle touch. We trusted her completely and felt total peace of mind knowing E. was safe, happy, and loved. Even though Atrice is no longer our full-time nanny, we still ask her back often for date nights and whenever we need extra support—E. adores her, and so do we.
