I had been messaging her back and forth about her schedule and what we needed, talking to her about what she needed to start, and was ready to hire her for a part-time nanny position when she suddenly stopped responding to me and actually blocked me from messaging her. I feel like I wasted so much time and likely lost other potential applicants because of this. If she was hired by someone else or was no longer interested she could have told me. Blocking me is very immature.
