I have a background in nannying, house management, NAR care, potty training teacher, to spending three years supporting at-risk children /youth with The Dream Center. Throughout the interview process, Aunaya was extremely professional with great communication and follow through. This was an added bonus on top of her extensive experience and how well she interacted with daughter (4 months old). For context, I connected with over 60 candidates through this process, conducted 10 interviews and 4 trials - she stood out by far against the others! She is also so loving and compassionate, you can tell she truly loves children and has the education to support them reaching developmental milestones. I highly recommend her!
