About Austin

Although I may not have extensive experience consistently working with elderly individuals in their own homes, I am deeply committed to providing the highest level of care. My personal experience caring for my grandparents, who suffer from dementia and paralysis, has given me a strong understanding of the challenges involved and the patience required. Although this isn't the case with all elderly, it has helped me develop empathy and insight that I bring to every individual I care for. I believe in treating every elder with the same compassion and respect that I would want for my own family. I am eager to learn and dedicated to creating a supportive and comfortable environment for those I care for.
