Our approach is compassionate, empathetic, and professional. We understand the importance of adapting to the unique needs of each individual, including those with memory care needs. We are experienced chefs, very handy and tech savvy. We know healing can take many forms and help can look many ways. Our approach is centered around cooking nourishing food, keeping a clean space, and using holistic natural remedies to heal from within. We are skilled in providing transportation, running errands, and light housekeeping. My partner and I are certified in yoga, nutrition, and quantum healing sessions with crystal sound bowls. We love working with clients to declutter homes and hearts so we can live free once more.
