About Ava

Hi! My name is Ava, and I have over a decade of childcare experience working with children of all ages, from infants to tweens. I've served as a babysitter, camp counselor, and after-school caregiver, and I truly love building meaningful connections with the kids I care for. I bring warmth, calm, and creativity to everything I do-whether it's reading stories, playing outside, helping with homework, or navigating after-school routines. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, have my own transportation, and hold a degree from Barnard College of Columbia University. I'm organized, communicative, and always happy to lend a hand around the house with light tidying or meal prep. Most of all, I believe in creating a safe, loving, and structured environment where children feel seen, supported, and able to thrive.
