About Ava

Hi! My name is Ava and I'm a 20-year-old student at Long Island University Post studying Early Childhood and Childhood Education. I'm currently a junior and have a passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow in a safe, supportive environment. I have about 6 years of experience caring for children from newborns to 6 years old and am comfortable caring for multiple children at once. I enjoy planning fun and engaging activities that encourage creativity, learning, and development. I'm looking for a summer position between May and August. I'm responsible, patient, dependable, pet-friendly, and have reliable transportation. My minimum rate is $25 per hour depending on the number of children and responsibilities.
