I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old (now 10 years ago) and have over time gained experience working with children ranging from newborns to 7 years old. My mother and grandmother have an in home daycare so I have always been around and loved children! Though I have no formal education in child development, I am certified in CPR/First aid and am a certified nursing assistant. I am available for overnight stays and am flexible in terms of what assistance is needed. I am easy going, honest, and my patience is one of my greatest attributes that I have acquired from working as a babysitter. I hired Ava at the last minute on July 3rd, for an assignment on July 4th. I have a 4 year old. A2 year old and a 1 year granddaughter. Yes 3 girls under the age of 5 and Ava handled them with patience, grace and perfection. I was running late when she arrived ( my fault, mismanaged my time to get ready). I literally ran through the introductions and instructions in less than 5 minutes and ran out the door, leaving Ava on her own. She handled things like a champ.
