About Ava

Hello, my name is Ava- when in school, I go to the senior military college Norwich University in Vermont to complete my Bachelor in psychology. I am CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard certified and have reliable transportation to get to your home. I have been helping out my grandparents (my grandfather has Parkinson's and my great grandparents are all in need of a bit more extra loving care as well) and family since an early age and I love assisting people of all ages in their day to day routine! I love art, music, and especially sports and fitness. I am especially keen to being on the field playing for my school's Women's Rugby team!
