Hi! I'm Avery -- a mom of two little ones and currently in training to become a postpartum doula. I know firsthand how deeply supportive it feels to have an extra set of loving, capable hands during the busy seasons of parenthood. Before having my own kids, I spent over 3 years working with families through nannying and date-night babysitting and helping to keep the household in order. Now, I'm opening up time in my week to help other parents find more balance and peace in their homes. I bring a calm, nurturing energy and a deep respect for gentle, connected family rhythms. In my free time, I enjoy being out in nature, spending time with my family and cooking up delicious meals.
