About Avrill

I have been a nanny for over 19 years with extensive experience caring for children from infancy to teenage years. I am also experienced with twins. I am passionate about childcare and I have been privileged to work with some of the best families. Generally, I would assist parents in establishing a safe, clean, educational and playful environment for the kids. As expected for newborns and infants, I ensure that the baby is well fed, changed as needed, and well groomed. I help in establishing feeding schedules, sleeping schedules and engaging in activities to help stimulate baby's mind for example reading and playing. Some of the indoor activities I enjoy doing with kids are art, singing, reading/story time, dancing, baking, picture reading and board games. I schedule play dates with other nannies or parents. I take pleasure in going to the library, museum, parks and aquarium. Aside from kids' activities I ensure that my work space is always clean and organized such as kids' rooms, play rooms/areas and kids' lunch tables. In addition, I do the kids' laundry, and prepare a healthy lunch and dinner depending on the working hours and activities for the day.
