About Ayana

Making a positive impact on people's lives is what drives me. For the past five years, I've been honored to provide compassionate care to seniors and adults, helping them maintain their independence and well-being at home. I offer respite care, transportation, errands, home health services, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, mobility assistance, and support with physical activity. I am also trained in CPR. I understand the importance of earning trust and strive to build strong connections with those I care for. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports and verbal updates. I am comfortable de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. My approach is patient, calm, friendly, and empathetic. I am comfortable with pets.
