About Baileah

Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for. With three years of experience caring for children aged 0-12+, I bring a patient, calm, and creative approach to childcare. My graduate degree helps me to better understand child development. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I am comfortable caring for up to four children and am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I have current CPR Training. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, providing updates at pickup and via text or phone. I always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I find joy in seeing children learn and grow, and I hope to be a positive influence in your child's life.
