About Bailee

My name is Bailee, I have over 6 years of childcare experience, in both daycare centers and private babysitting. I've worked with children of all ages, from 0- 12 years, and truly love helping children learn, and grow. Along with my childcare experience, I have also worked as a dietary aide in a hospital, where I gained experience in food preparation, kitchen safety, and accommodating dietary needs. This allows me to confidently prepare meals and snacks for children while maintaining a clean and safe environment. I have a very bubbly and positive personality and love building connections with the families and children I work with. I'm reliable, responsible, and have a perfect driving record for safe transportation when needed. I am currently in school pursuing Early Childhood Education with the goal of becoming an elementary school teacher. Working with children is truly my passion, and I strive to create a fun, nurturing, and engaging environment where kids feel happy and supported.
