About Barbara

After retiring from a Boston area hospital in the nursing field, I relocated to the Tampa area. That was an extraordinary choice for me as I have had the privilege and greatest opportunities of caring for many wonderful seniors as well as assisting their families with the daily struggles and challenges of aging loved ones. Some of my skills are working with Alzheimer's, urology, hospice/respite care, wound care , surgical care/coordinator, patient care liaison, companionship and daily needs of my clients as well as help w/the needs of their loved ones. For that reason, I try to take on one client only, to insure that I have the ability to be flexible, reliable and available if needed outside of my schedule or run errands. I have excellent references from my prior families, remaining close with many of them years later. I care for a loved one as I would care for my own. It's imperative for your loved one to not loose their dignity, pride and self worth.
