For over 25 years, I have dedicated my career to supporting adults and seniors, driven by a genuine passion for their well-being and independence. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with some college education, I provide respite care, hospice services, home health, personal care, dementia care, and medical management. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. Respecting a care recipient's independence is important. I communicate with families through written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone call, always following their preferred method. I have a car, and I am comfortable with pets.
