Barbara and Rafaela were extremely attentive and friendly, both through the app and via text message. They were very meticulous and always ready to answer any questions. They even organized the mess after cleaning under and around the objects, which I loved. There were also lovely little details, like a rose on the toilet paper and carefully arranged candles, little things that made all the difference. And both of them were great with my dog and my cat, which was wonderful. I'm looking forward to their next visit!
