About Barbara

This review is solely based on reliability not job performance. Barbara and I spoke on Sunday about caring for my mother with advanced dementia. We agreed to meet in person the following Thursday for an interview. After my phone conversation with Barbara she followed up with a lovely text thanking me so much for contacting her, she went on to say she was honored to be working with my mom and she would see me on Thursday at 2pm. I responded it was a pleasure speaking with her and I looked forward to meeting her as well. I gave her my address and said I would see her soon. On Wednesday I texted Barbara to ask if we could change the time from 2pm to 1pm because my dog was very ill and I needed to put her to sleep however I never received a response. I called Barbara at 12:00 pm on Thursday but reached voicemail to which I left a message and I texted her immediately thereafter. Again no response. 2:00pm came and went and NO Barbara. No call, no text, no visit. This happened in mid August and we are now in almost mid September so I gave Barbara plenty of time to respond with an explanation, she never contacted me. What is wrong with people? I would not recommend Barbara because of the aforementioned experience.
