About Baylee

Hi! I'm a college student at the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating in 2026, and I truly enjoy working with kids. Childcare has always been something I'm passionate about there's something really special about creating a space where kids feel safe, encouraged, and free to be themselves. I'm currently studying early childhood development and minoring in elementary education, so I bring both hands on experience and a strong academic foundation to the table. I'm reliable, organized, and I take my responsibilities seriously while still making sure the environment is fun and engaging. Whether it's playing make believe, getting messy with arts and crafts, or helping with routines, I do my best to match each child's energy and interests. I also understand how important it is to respect each family's routines and rules, and I'm comfortable setting boundaries with kindness and care. More than anything, I love being someone families can count on and someone kids feel excited to see.
