About Baylee

Hi, my name is Baylee and I am 23 years old. I absolutely love working with children! I have worked with numerous families over the past 7 years & have experience with kiddos ages 0-15! I also have extensive familiarity with children who have sensory, behavioral, learning & emotional needs. My roles have included everything from afternoon pickups and activity coordination to tidying the home, prepping dinners, and supporting executive functioning and independence in the kids. I've managed shifting schedules, worked collaboratively with parents, and stepped into whatever role the day calls for. I'm a strong communicator, calm under pressure, and highly adaptable. I also drive, have a clean record, and understand the unique rhythm of a busy Los Angeles household. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy creating an environment where kids feel safe, seen, and supported - where parents can breathe easier knowing things are handled. I am also CPR & first aid certified (adult & pediatric)!
