About Beatriz

I'm a responsible, caring, and dependable caregiver with several years of experience working with children of all ages, especially infants and toddlers. I've cared for kids from 0-11, including working with one family for two years, supporting their son from 9 months old until he was ready for preschool. I love being creative with kids. Such as doing crafts, playing outside, or going on little nature adventures. I've also worked at summer camps for both preschoolers and children ages 6-12, so I'm comfortable managing different age groups and energy levels. I am CPR certified as well. I also have a reliable car, a convertible car seat (infant to child), and I'm comfortable driving and taking kids on outings like parks, activities, or errands. In my free time, I enjoy knitting, playing piano, doing crafts, and spending time with my pets. I'm currently studying Child, Youth, and Family Studies at Portland State University, and I hope to become a pediatric nurse.
