About Bekalu

Hi! I'm a UCLA student with a passion for helping others understand the world through math, science, and computer science. I offer tutoring in everything from the basics including fractions, algebra, reading comprehension-all the way to college-level calculus, physics, and programming. Whether a student needs help catching up, wants to get ahead, or has challenging coursework, I design sessions that meet them where they are. I've tutored students of all ages and backgrounds: from my own siblings at home to college peers in STEM courses, to those with disabilities who benefit from a more flexible, patient approach. I believe that no two learners are alike, so I build every plan customized to their strengths, goals, and learning styles. I'm currently looking for part-time opportunities, either in-person (Los Angeles area) or virtual.
