Do not hire!. I hired this mother/daughter team and we worked with the outgoing caregiver so there was 3 days of overlap. On the 4th day, which was the first day without the old caregiver, they did not show at all and completely ignored all messages and phone calls. This is the care we hired to take care of our mother. They no showed and ghosted with complete disregard. Meanwhile, we had let other candidates know we had filled the position, leaving us in a spot with zero care now and having to start the process over. Unprofessional on all levels. I would definitely not recommend these folks.
