Hi! My name is Belota. I have been working with children for over 5 years. I truly have a passion for supporting children's growth, learning, and happiness in a safe and nurturing environment. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to connect with children on a deeper level. In addition to nannying, I'm a certified Registered Behavior Technician with 4 years of experience providing 1:1 support to children on the autism spectrum. I've worked closely with families and clinical teams to implement individualized behavior plans, teach communication skills, and promote emotional regulation through patience and positive reinforcement. Whether we're doing arts and crafts, going on nature walks, or working on routines and life skills, I bring structure, fun, and compassion into every day.
