Hi there! I'm a writing tutor with a background in both creative and academic writing, and I specialize in helping students who feel stuck, frustrated, or overwhelmed when it comes to writing. I hold a B. A. in Creative Writing/English and a Master's in Journalism, and I've worked as a writing tutor at Linn-Benton Community College. I've also taught my own writing classes to both foster youth and adults. My approach is simple: I help students build confidence and momentum. I work with students to: - Approach the blank page - Organize their thoughts clearly - Improve structure, grammar, and flow - Feel more capable and less stressed about writing I work with: - Elementary & middle school students (foundation + confidence) - High school students (essays, college prep) - College/adult learners (papers, editing, personal writing) My sessions are supportive, practical, and tailors to each student. No pressure, just progress.
