Benjamin is truly one of the best caregivers we have ever had. We connected at a very stressful time for our family, when our mom needed to leave a care home where she didn’t feel welcomed, Benjamin stepped in and immediately brought calm, stability, and compassion into the situation. We had very little time to make decisions, and knowing Benjamin was there made everything feel manageable. When he was caring for our mom, we never worried. He was attentive, patient, and genuinely kind, and his communication with our family was exceptional. He kept us informed and reassured, and most importantly, our mom felt safe, respected, and truly cared for. The only reason we had to let Benjamin go was due to policy restrictions at our mom’s new facility. We would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and outstanding caregiver
