About Benjamin

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, authentic, and driven. I like working with kids because I was the kid who needed someone who understood, now I get to be that person. I'm looking for a job where I can be myself and help kids, especially autistic kids, feel like they can be themselves too. I trained as an RBT, and from day one, working with autistic kids just clicked-not just because of my training, but because I personally understand their world. In my spare time, I enjoy video games, music, random videos, and my cats. One thing you should know about me: I care about your child as an individual-not just someone I'm watching, but someone I want to support, understand, and uplift. My skills include working with autistic kids (ages toddler-12), staying calm under pressure, and building trust and communication with kids.
