I would highly recommend Bertha. She has been working with us since 2006 (not a typo, almost 20 years) and I totally trust her (she has a key to our house so she can even come when I am at work). Bertha is nice, professional, flexible, kind..., she listens to directions but doesnt hesitate to make suggestions if/when needed. I only have good thing to say about Bertha, you will not be disappointed with your choice of hiring her! And, there is such a nice feeling to come home to a clean house!!!
