About Bianca

Bianca supported our family during extremely active summer and fall mornings. She was pleasant and attentive from the beginning, arriving on time every time for an unusually early shift. Bianca came in with an openness to anything we had to tackle and she was adaptable to rapidly switch priorities that came up in our morning rush. Bianca was professional and polite, even when we had tricky or tedious cleaning tasks (i.e. remove the sticker from a surface). She asked questions to make sure that she understood the request. Bianca supported a variety of organizational and cleaning activities, many of which she followed from a written note. When requested, Bianca also recorded her daily activities with pictures and a brief note to communicate with the family remotely. Bianca managed in a small New York apartment with a lot of people moving around in the morning. She was always calm around the family. Our timing has changed with commutes; we recommend Bianca as a peaceful support for families who may need a little extra help.
