Blaire is just awesome! She got comfortable and fit right in with our home culture and my daughter got very comfortable and playful with her. She's great with kids and did not need much instruction on what needed to be done which made it easy for me having to introduce a babysitter to my child. She just has great natural instincts with children including when they get a little fussy. She was kind to our daughter and even gave us useful tips and suggestions since this is our first child. I will definitely be hiring her again soon.
