I came down too take care of her in Fl then she had past away in the year 2010. I am a very patient , caring , reliable and trustworthy person. I have taken care of the elderly over 20 years . I do everything for the residents . Recently I had just lost 2 of my favorite clients that I worked over 12 hours . We were very close . Not long after i posted a job opening she contacted me. She seemed excited about finding out more. We set up a phone call for the next day for a time she said was most convenient for her. When it came time for her to call, no call came. She had also given me her number, so I called her. No answer! I left a post in chat, and she did eventually respond. She wanted to know if I paid under the table, because she received retirement. I told her that was not an option for me. I wished her well in her search. First warning sign that discouraged me, was when she didnt not follow through with the phone call, nor answer mine. Second warning sign was she was not up front about what she wanted. If that is what you need to do, be up front and say something right off, so if that is not an option for the person offering the job, they dont waste prescious time waiting to hear from you.
