Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is what I'm all about. My clinical mental health therapy graduate degree complements my passion for supporting well-being and independence, which stems from positive experiences in prior care roles. I have many years of experience as a caregiver. I will care for your loved one as my own. I grew up beside my grandparents who helped raised me. I have so much respect and gratitude for the elderly. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me when building a connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion. I'm also trained in First Aid. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, prepare meals, and offer mobility assistance. I follow your family's preferred communication method. I'm eager to bring my skills and caring nature to your family.
