I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always adhering to their preferred method. Earning your trust is paramount to me. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. My experience includes previous employment with Home Instead Senior Care in respite care, transportation, hospice services, personal care, meal preparation, dementia care, and mobility assistance.
