I saw the previous review and ir prompted me to leave this. Breanna started working for me on the date she had agreed to start there, which explains why she didn't show up for the previous poster. I assume she was making a little bit more money with me, but that's only an assumption based on ads. She worked for approx 2 weeks then claimed a personal medical emergency. I sent her money to order in so she didn't need to worry about food prep, along with her regular pay and she ghosted me after that. The day before she had been asking for more hours and more responsibilities. I had a very important engagement that I could not miss and she left me high and dry with no child care. She was pleasant but I would not recommend her if you need reliable, consistent care and communication. To no show on such an important date and leave me struggling was so unprofessional and her inability to have an adult conversation instead of ghosting people should tell you what you need to know.
