Interviewed Brenda over the phone. She was personable and seemed very experienced. Invited her to my home to meet my family and discuss care needs further. Hired her and discussed schedule and agreed to pay. 24 hours later (3 days before shift start) she text out of the blue that she changed her mind but gave no reason and stopped responding. I don’t know how you can have such a good meeting like that and then just bail with no justification. At least I learned this now and not in the middle of the workweek left to scramble.
