My name is Brenda. My love for pets is what sparked me to enter the wonderful world of pet sitting. I have been a dog sitter, walker, boarder, and trainer for several years. I understand the importance of trusting someone to care for your "kids". I grew up with a household of furry friends, and I couldn't imagine my life without them. They bring so much joy and happiness to my family's life; seeing their little faces every day just puts a smile on my face! I'm a retired EMT-Paramedic. I am married with five grown children, two of whom are still living at home. We have two small dogs, Pompi (19) and Abby (14), and a rescue cat, Vera (8). Brenda is the best pet sitter I could have imagined!  When a new pet sitter cancelled two days before my flight for my adolescent rescue dog, Brenda came to our rescue.   Her willingness to step in at the last minute with a young dog that I've had for only two months was so caring, and the care and love that she gave to my dog were far above and beyond what most people would do.  From the moment she stepped into the house it was clear that she was reliable, confident and knew exactly what to do.  She is a terrific communicator, always sending me pics and letting me know how the day went.  When I arrived home my dog was happy and healthy!  Thank goodness for Brenda.  If I could give her TEN stars I would!!!  

Brenda is a wonderful pet sitter who has cared for our 2 dogs and rabbit several times.  One of our dogs, Lily, is anxious and doesn’t always take to new people.  Brenda was extremely receptive to our suggestions on how to meet her.  She was calm and had great instincts and Lily settled down very quickly with Brenda, which is a huge testament to her skill with dogs. Lily now loves Brenda and is eager to lick her face whenever she comes.  When we are away Brenda always shares updates which we appreciate and she follows any requests we leave for her carefully.  She takes her job seriously and it is a relief knowing our dogs are safe and well cared for when we are away. She also leaves our house spotless when she departs. Recently she rearranged her plans to stay at our house on very short notice when we needed to leave town for a funeral which was a tremendous help to us.  Our dogs (and rabbit) love Brenda and we can’t recommend her highly enough.  

Brenda is a A++ pet sitter. Took great care of our pets and provided excellent communication when we were away. Highly recommend!

We feel very fortunate to have found Brenda! We have several fur babies; 2 cats, small dog, and a pet American mini pig. The later of the group has been a challenge for us to find local care for. Brenda is not only excellent with our small dog (who can also be a handful), but she has stepped up with confidence in managing our piggy. We have only used her once so far, but have plans for future trips when she will be watching and staying with our fur pack. She and her family (daughter and husband) are also much appreciated!

My one dog was beat as a puppy so he has issues meeting people. When Brenda came for the first time you could tell she was a dog person as he was fine, half way through the visit I was like go a head and pet him but she reminded me of my process I have in introducing people. Wow she listened and stuck with my plan, when I forgot. She has been coming for about 6 months 3 days a week and both of my dogs look forward to seeing her. Brenda comes every week without me checking in, which I appreciate as I have others not show up if I did not check in every Monday. She is great!!!! She also helped me reinforcement with both dogs and they have come a long way.

Brenda is an amazing dog sitter. She goes above and beyond to take care of our furry family members. She sends daily updates and photos. She takes good care of our home and our pets and is such an awesome person! Lucky to have her as our dog sitter

Brenda does a fantastic job walking our puppy. She really cares for the dog. She feeds/walks cleans up if ever a mess. She is one of a kind! 

Having 2 bunnies 2 birds and a cat that needs a little outdoor time is a lot to ask of anyone! Brenda was able to accommodate 2 visits a day and carried out every little thing that these guys needed. She went above and beyond with maintenance of the the bunnies cage and pen area and took pictures of the animals to send to me to let me know they were doing well. She even brought in my mail and packages so it didn't look like I was gone for a week. She visited beforehand and took the time to let me show her where supplies were etc. I left portioned food and clean litter boxes to make it a little easier for clean up and she still cleaned out the used boxes even though I said she could leave them in a trash bag and I'd take care of them when I got back. Keep in mind I had never met Brenda before this interaction she was professional, friendly and great with the animals!  She even asked Alexa to play different nature sounds each day and night! If I could give 10 stars to Brenda I would!

Brenda cares for our two dogs (a 10 year old Boston terrier and a 1 year old terrier mix) and they love her! She is a great communicator and reliable. No hesitation in recommending her to others!

Brenda is a fabulous pet sitter!  Our very spoiled Shih-tzu loves Brenda, her family, and her two little dogs.  I love the approach Brenda took to make our family and dog feel comfortable. First, she met our pet in our home. Next, we visited her family in her home for doggie playtime.  Then we left our dog with her in her home to pet sit for a few hours.  That went very well!  Last night our dog had his first overnight stay with Brenda and her family.  We knew he would be happy as he started to play with her dogs as soon as we arrived, and he didn't mind that we left.  We left confident that he would be happy and well cared for while we were away. Brenda sends pictures and provides updates when she is watching your pet which is awesome!  Brenda is very responsive and responsible.  She will be watching our very spoiled Shih-tzu again for sure.  Brenda is the best and I highly recommend her!!!

Brenda took care of our male golden retriever for a week while we went on vacation. We were looking for someone that offered in-home care rather than a kennel and she also will only take 1 dog at a time so we felt good about this! Brenda is very professional and experienced with caring for animals, so we knew our dog would be in great hands. She provides plenty of updates/photos which is exactly what we wanted. We're very picky where we leave him so were very pleased to find Brenda!

As a woman who is a wife, mother and has a full time high stress vocation; it is imperative that you have a care giver who listens, truly appreciates and anticipate the need of each child and fur baby! Most importantly,  is dependable, trustworthy and flexible.

Brenda took great care of my dog Zoe who has ongoing health problems and is blind.  She took Zoe in and gave her all the love and support Zoe needed to feel comfortable away from home.  Brenda sent photos and updates everyday which provided me peace of mind to know that Zoe was in a great environment.  
I will continue to use Brenda to provide ongoing care for Zoe.  Brenda is kind and dependable.

We found Brenda on care.com a year ago and she has become a part of our family. I know I can always rely on Brenda to take the best care of Luna my 2 year old Aussie doodle.
